About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists in Bengaluru. We are actively looking for freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk with customers and resolve their queries end to end.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Spot patterns in feedback and help improve the support process.
- Track your daily metrics and see your growth in numbers.
Qualifications
- Any graduate.
- Speaks and writes clear English.

- 0–1 year of support experience is a bonus.
Tech Stack/Tools
- Training will be provided for troubleshooting technical issues.
Compensation & Location
- ₹3.2–3.5 LPA fixed + ₹25K–35K variable.
- On-site, Bengaluru.
- Real exposure to global customers from day one.
