About the Role

Buchmann GmbH is seeking a Koch (m/w/d) for the Kommissionierung role in their production area. This position is responsible for the preparation, processing, and order picking of meat and sausage products for customers in the gastronomy, hotel, and catering industries. Motivated career changers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and portioning of meat and sausage products for large customers
• Order picking of customer orders according to specifications
• Cutting, packaging, and labeling of products
• Preparation of goods for delivery
• Adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Support with general tasks in production and shipping

Qualifications

• Ideally, completed training as a Koch (m/w/d), Metzger (m/w/d), Fachkraft Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d), or comparable qualification.
• Career entry is possible with appropriate motivation.
• Initial professional experience in food production is desirable.
