About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer to own UI/UX, product experiences, website design, and growth-focused digital experiences. You'll work closely with the Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape how customers discover, understand, and experience SpatialChat. This is a hands-on role for someone with exceptional visual taste, strong product thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into beautiful, functional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design across our AI-powered enterprise platform.
• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, AI experiences, and enterprise interfaces.
• Own website design, product pages, landing pages, and digital experiences.
• Create beautiful, high-converting marketing and growth pages.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and CMS templates.
• Design interactions, motion, animations, and interactive product demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs into production.
• Improve onboarding, engagement, product adoption, and conversion.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and execution.
• Maintain exceptional visual consistency across product and web experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design, UI/UX, and website design.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, interaction, and composition.
• Experience designing SaaS products, complex workflows, and responsive websites.
• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience creating landing pages and conversion-focused web experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and prototyping workflows.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a startup environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-native or enterprise SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Figma, Framer, Webflow, or CMS platforms.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, React, or Next.js.
• Motion design and interactive storytelling skills.
• Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and growth optimization.
• Ability to prototype or build frontend experiences using AI coding tools.
