The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for jointly leading the strategic, operational, and financial direction of LANCORP E-COMMERCE Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and refining the business model.
• Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Guiding product and service development in line with market needs.
• Collaborating on building partnerships.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Identifying new revenue opportunities through market research and data-driven decision-making.
• Setting performance goals.
• Establishing processes.
• Managing budgets.
• Supporting hiring and team development.
• Working closely with other leaders to ensure alignment across strategy, operations, and culture.
• Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and investors, and to represent the company externally.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in marketing, including developing go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and digital campaign oversight.
• Ability to conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
• Prior entrepreneurial, start-up, or leadership experience in e-commerce or a related domain is highly beneficial.
• Sound understanding of business finance, budgeting, and basic legal and regulatory considerations for a private limited company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not required.
• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
