About the Role
- Full-time, Office-based position
- 100% Inbound Process
- Handle end-to-end international flight bookings.
- Assist customers with flight booking requirements following company protocols and structured processes.
- No lead generation required; interested customers call directly.
- Location: Sector V, Kolkata. Candidates should be residing within 15 km of Salt Lake location.
- Shift: Rotational. 6 days working with rotational week-offs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduate or 2 or 3-year Diploma equivalent to a graduate degree in any stream.
- Training will be provided with a handsome stipend.
