SAP-BODS-Senior Associate

About the Role

As a SAP-BODS-Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within the Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. You will leverage your experience in data migration and SAP BODS to design appropriate data migration solutions, manage data migrations, and provide advisory services to enhance data management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing client data migration requirements and legacy data structures to design effective migration solutions
• Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to assess data quality and compatibility with target systems
• Designing and implementing data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services and Information Steward
• Managing data migration processes, including building, testing, and executing migrations with tools like SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
• Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing strategies
• Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
• Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Creating technical specification documents for data services jobs and supporting data validation exercises
• Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA and integrating SAP ETL solutions such as IDOCs and BAPIs
• Advising clients on data management strategies and techniques to optimize data quality and management processes

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Possessing experience with Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA
• Utilizing SAP BODS and LTMC for data migration projects
• Implementing data quality improvement plans using Information Steward
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Data Integration and SAP Reporting and Analytics
• Developing technical specifications for SAP Data Services jobs
