About the Role
Tradepass is a global business networking platform focused on connecting technology buyers with market intelligence, use cases, and solutions. The company operates across Asia, the Middle East & Africa, and Europe, focusing on themes like cybersecurity, financial innovation, artificial intelligence, smart data, and digital transformation. Tradepass delivers services through conferences, exhibitions, expos, corporate training, and in-house events, both virtually and in person. This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end development of conferences.
- Researching market trends.
- Defining event themes.
- Designing content agendas tailored to target industries and regions.
- Identifying, approaching, and securing high-caliber speakers.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) for seamless event delivery.
- Managing timelines.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Overseeing program quality on the day of the event.
- Ensuring sessions run smoothly and deliver value to attendees and partners.
- Evaluating event performance.
- Gathering feedback.
- Recommending improvements for future conferences.
Qualifications
- Conference Production and Event Management skills.
- Market Research skills.
- Speaker Acquisition and Communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B events, conferences, or media.
