About the Role
As a Research Analyst at StockEdge, you will analyze stocks, markets, and industry trends daily, creating data-driven research reports. You will evaluate fundamental and technical indicators, assist in the development of analytical tools, and present insights in a clear, user-centric format. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues from product development and research to continuously improve the platform and test new analysis features. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze stocks, markets, and industry trends daily.
- Create data-driven research reports.
- Evaluate fundamental and technical indicators.
- Assist in the development of analytical tools.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling data, metrics, and complex relationships.
- Experience in market analysis, financial market research, and structured research, ideally in the equities or derivatives domain.
- Good knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods for evaluating market and company data.
- Clear, precise writing style and confident verbal communication for presenting analysis results to diverse audiences.
- A degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
- High willingness to learn.
- Meticulous and independent work ethic.
