About the Role
We’re seeking an AI Chatbot Development Intern who is innovative, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. You’ll work with our AI and development teams to design, build, and optimize intelligent chatbots that enhance user engagement and automate business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI chatbots using NLP and machine learning frameworks
- Integrate chatbots with websites, apps, and messaging platforms
- Train chatbots using datasets and improve performance through testing and optimization
- Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance chatbot functionality and user experience
- Monitor chatbot interactions and analyze user feedback to make improvements
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with chatbot development platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a flexible, remote environment
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for chatbot interfaces
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Final-year students and freshers are welcome
