About the Role
The IT Experience and Enablement (ITxn) Site Operations team is hiring an Multi-Functional Info Systems Analyst Associate. This role is fully onsite in Lufkin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with Enterprise IT Core Services teams to manage the core infrastructure (servers/storage, HPC, network/telecom, Audio Visual, and desktop assets) for optimal uptime.
- Providing break fix activities requiring touch labor per applicable service level agreements.
- Providing annual hardware refresh activities.
- Deploying end user assets for new employees and interns.
- Providing audio/visual services requiring onsite presence.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of IT products and solutions.
- Basic experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to support a flexible work schedule.
- US Citizenship is required due to system access.
Qualifications (Desired)
- Knowledge of IT Service Central ticketing system.
- Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Familiar with Colamco refresh process.
- Ability to work Asset Track Inventory Control / Warehouse management.
