Key Responsibilities
- Develop business processes, gather requirements, and create stories.
- Provide process flow and other required system documentation.
- Build trusting relationships with major project stakeholders and guide them toward adopting the optimal solution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- ServiceNow
- Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience in Business Analysis or 6 months of ServiceNow experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Role is hybrid.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
