Job Details

• Pay: $18.50
• Availability:
• 1 Full Time (40+ hours/week)
• 1 ACA Full Time (30-39 hours/week)
• 2 Part Time (0-29 hours/week)
• Shift: 3rd Shift (2300-0700hrs)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide above excellent customer service.
• Provide information and assistance concerning emergency, security, and general assistance needs.
• Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency response.
• Follow procedures and policies to uphold compliance for regulatory needs.
• Monitor CCTV system using recording devices; perform daily checks for functionality and report maintenance needs.
• Monitor, operate, test, and perform data entry for computerized and electronic equipment used in access control, fire, and security systems.
• Create and maintain reports and files, assisting with updates.
• Multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow site-specific post guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Above average computer skills; multiple applications are used solely and conjunctively daily.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read and write in the English language.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Of good moral character.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions; no misdemeanor convictions for criminal sexual conduct or related offenses, theft, assault, illegal substances, multiple alcohol-related offenses, or crimes of moral turpitude).
• Ability to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and annually thereafter.
• Present a friendly, positive, professional image, adhering to the Appearance and Grooming policy.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and reports.
• Driving Qualifications: Clean driving record with less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, less than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, and no other major violations in the last 3 years.

Physical Requirements

• Physically and mentally sound.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms, and to hold objects.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 8-12 hour shifts, including walking long distances and potentially up and down stairs.
• Readily able to respond to emergency situations.
• Able to work in or outdoors during all seasons.
• Able to hear conversations (in person or via 2-way radio) in noisy environments.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
