About the Role

Sutradhar Solutions is a Business Consulting and ScaleOps company focused on building and scaling on-ground business operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves visiting designated locations to identify, engage, and onboard vehicle owners and drivers onto client platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard vehicle owners and drivers onto client platforms.
• Ensure eligibility criteria and documentation requirements are met.
• Guide applicants through registration and verification processes.
• Collect and verify documents.
• Provide clear information about benefits, policies, and usage guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarded vehicles.
• Share regular status updates with supervisors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct basic training or orientations when needed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
• Represent Sutradhar Solutions professionally in all field interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Field operations and on-ground execution skills.
• Comfort with extensive local travel and direct interaction with vehicle owners and drivers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and build trust.
• Basic data collection, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps or digital tools for updates and reporting.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Reliability and punctuality in on-ground operations.
• Familiarity with Bengaluru South geography.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma.
• A graduate degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in field sales, logistics, ride-hailing, transportation, or similar vehicle-onboarding or fleet-management environments is ideal.
