About the Role
Memorial Hospital Belleville is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in their outpatient setting. The role offers opportunities to gain experience in various specialties and provides mentorship for new graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes treatment plans and provides treatment, considering discharge needs, expected discharge functional status, and appropriate equipment and supplies.
- Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers, making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
- Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions.
- Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Provides assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical Therapist License
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
- No prior experience required.
- No supervisor experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
