Training, Salary and Employment Terms
- Initial Training Period: 4 months
- Training Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- After Training:
- Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹23,000
- Salary Period: 20 months following training
- Employment Bond: 2 years, subject to the terms of the employment agreement.
