Business Analyst

About the Role

The Business Analyst will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements, understanding pain points, and proposing transitions from manual to digital processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, understand needs, gather detailed business requirements, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Understand pain points, weak links, and shortcomings in business processes.
• Propose changes to move from manual to digital processes.
• Design and document the process flow of user journeys for software applications as per business needs.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to promote increased efficiency and productivity.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B-Tech or MBA from a premier institute in India.
• CFA certification is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications and design tools.
• Experience with data visualization.
• High proficiency in technical writing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build logics and conceptualize various scenarios, and ability to present findings concisely.
• Excellent reading, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to distinguish between incomplete facts, complete facts, and wrong facts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
