About the Role

The CTO and Co Founder with Investment role at FlocknGo is location agnostic, but preferably based in Pune. This role involves leading the technical vision, designing and evolving the platform architecture, and driving end-to-end product development from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate comes from the startup ecosystem with any recent exits and is looking for the next challenge of building a startup in the emerging Experience Economy. The individual will oversee software development processes, coordinate with product and business stakeholders, and ensure that technology decisions align with the company’s community-first strategy. As a co-founder with investment, the person will also participate in strategic planning, help build and mentor the engineering team, and contribute to fundraising and partner discussions.

• Reviewing technical designs.
• Managing technical roadmaps and sprints.
• Setting standards for security, scalability, and data privacy.
• Participating in strategic planning.
• Building and mentoring the engineering team.
• Contributing to fundraising and partner discussions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI First Software Development skills.
• Experience with modern web technologies.
• Experience with APIs.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.
• Proven ability in Architecture and IT Strategy to design scalable, secure, and privacy-focused systems that support community-centric products.
• Experience in Product Development, from discovery and MVP design through iterations, launches, and user feedback integration.
• Project Management capabilities to plan roadmaps, manage sprints, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver on time.
• Background in building or scaling SaaS or marketplace products is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, analytics, and experimentation to improve user experience and platform performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment, take ownership, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
