About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role involves optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. The team oversees processes from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and deposit customer payments.
• Apply cash remittances and credits.
• Process adjustments.
• Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting.
• Post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and general guidelines.
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact your own work.
• Function as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications

• BCom
• Understanding of cash applications
• Understanding of the process of applying unapplied cash
• Understanding of reconciliation of suspense account in cash application
• Experience processing from payment receipt to finalization

Note: This role may require working in rotational shifts.
