About the Role

• Full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session running June – December.
• Opportunity to broaden background with a practical approach to engineering.
• Primary goal is to merge theoretical knowledge with practical engineering applications.
• Team is responsible for design and development of dozens of unique displays for Commercial and Military Avionics.
• Designs products that support the full avionics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with an outstanding team of engineers that develop displays for commercial and military avionics applications.
• Tackle challenges and apply problem-solving skills in a hands-on work environment.
• Create and/or implement changes to product design or development processes.

• Engineering design and process best practices
• Avionics and Aerospace industry standards

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the co-op session.
• Experience working on collaborative projects and teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read hardware schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comfortable with C++ or Python.
• Experience with optics and optical measurements.
• Familiar with model-based engineering.
• Prior internship, co-op, or other work experience.

• This position requires a U.S. Person.
• This position is classified as Onsite.
• Salary range: 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.
• Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and more.
