Front Counter & Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter and help identify needed products and services.
• Build hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and crimp hose using shop equipment.
• Receive, organize, and stock inventory and materials.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials.
• Learn to measure, prepare, and fabricate conveyor belting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse.
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive customer service.
• Assist with additional counter, warehouse, and fabrication duties as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Willingness to learn hydraulic and industrial hose assembly and conveyor belt fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow measurements and specifications.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle industrial products and materials.
• Willingness to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Commitment to following established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: Experience with hydraulic hose, industrial hose, conveyor belting, industrial distribution, warehouse operations, or mechanical fabrication is a plus, but not required. The company is willing to train individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
