About the Role
The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations. This role includes tracking and updating sales records, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. The Sales Coordinator will handle customer queries, assist in resolving issues, and help maintain a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include scheduling meetings, supporting sales campaigns, monitoring pipeline activities, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, support customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales skills to understand sales cycles, targets, and basic commercial concepts.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Graduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
