About the Role
- This is a voice process role in customer support.
- Requires flexibility to work in any shifts, including night shifts (US time zones).
- 2-way cabs are provided.
- Salary: Up to 28k (for experienced).
- Fresher salary: 23k in hand.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
- Candidates willing to work with the International BPO Industry are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate / 12th / PUC / Graduate education.
