Internship Details
- Location: Sikar, Rajasthan (On-site)
- Duration: 6 months
- Start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build lead lists of banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Reach out to clients through LinkedIn, email, and calls, and follow up on leads.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen CVs and conduct first-round phone screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain lead trackers, candidate databases, and CRM records.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and job postings.
- Support the company's LinkedIn activity.
Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing / HR) in final year or final semester, or a fresh graduate.
- Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email.
- Self-driven, organised, and confident talking to professionals.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sikar for the full 6 months.
- Good to have: interest in banking, finance, or fintech.
