Role Description

This is a work from home role for a Telemarketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating leads
• Reaching out to potential customers via phone calls
• Scheduling follow-ups
• Providing excellent customer service
• Managing inquiries
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with clients

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools
• Proficiency in using CRM systems

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
