About the Role
Kelley Construction, Inc., headquartered in Louisville, KY, is recruiting for 2027 Spring/ Summer Interns. This is a Coop/Intern position.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of the Project Manager, Estimator, or Field Manager, and with other experienced construction professionals.
- Gain hands-on construction management experience.
- Intern assignments may be at a job site or in the office, depending on company needs and intern's experience and performance trajectory.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be in a current degree program.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Must be available for the duration of the co-op (spring, summer, etc.).
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must have strong and detailed written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Availability for travel on an as-needed basis is a plus.
