Key Responsibilities
- Complete award-winning training to acquire necessary skills.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at customer locations.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness, along with equipment.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Act as a problem solver for customers with empathy, understanding their needs and recommending efficient and innovative solutions.
- Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of customer properties.
- Complete all required service-related documentation using a provided handheld device.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers.
- Physical capabilities include:
- Safely using a ladder within its weight capacity.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Safely accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions.
