Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote R3R Creative Solutions’ gifting and branding services. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with sales and promotional activities, and managing day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing content.
• Support event planning and execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams.
• Track campaign performance.
• Update marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Liaise with clients and vendors as needed to support smooth delivery of marketing and event-related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients professionally.
• Sales and customer relationship skills to support promotional activities and contribute to lead generation and follow-up.
• Event Planning and coordination skills for organizing corporate events, gifting campaigns, and recognition programs.
• Writing skills for creating clear, engaging marketing content, emails, and basic promotional copy.
• Project Management skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and promotional strategies.
• Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in marketing coordination, corporate gifting, events, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
