About the Role
Join our 3rd Floor Short Stay/Ortho/Med Surg Unit, caring for a diverse patient population with a primary focus on orthopedic and surgical recovery. This role offers opportunities to expand skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Purpose
The Acute Care RN provides safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients with varying levels of acuity. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; coordinating with the interdisciplinary team; and supporting patients and families throughout their care journey.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Current Iowa RN license required
- American Heart Association BLS required
- ACLS required for units with telemetry monitoring
- Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire
- Basic computer skills

- Employment Type: Full time
- Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift
