Production Associate - Day Shift
About the Role
Home Chef is seeking a Production Associate for its newest location in Baltimore, MD. This role operates on a Day shift schedule, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick ingredients throughout the assembly process with strong attention to detail.
- Visually inspect produce.
- Move between tasks as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift less than 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (34-36°F) for the entire shift.
- Positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
Onboarding & Adherence
- A 2-day orientation (typically Wednesday & Thursdays, starting at 7:15 AM) requires active participation and attendance.
- A strict 2-week onboarding window requires presence every scheduled work day.
- Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure customer safety.
Restricted Items (GMP Adherence)
- Piercings or dermals
- Fake nails, nail polish, and/or acrylic nails
- Watches, bracelets, or other jewelry
- Fake eyelashes and/or excessive make-up
- Weapons (including box cutters)
Qualifications
- HS Diploma preferred but not required.
- 6+ months of experience in a production/warehouse environment preferred.
