About the Role

Shift Available: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm

Solera Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable Housekeeping Attendant to join their team and help create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for their residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of resident apartments and common areas
• Change and launder linens (where applicable)
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, windows, and flooring
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Complete deep cleaning tasks such as refrigerator defrosting, mattress turning, and window washing on a scheduled basis
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance needs promptly
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Provide warm, professional customer service to residents and guests
• Support new team members and attend required trainings
• Perform additional housekeeping or light maintenance duties as needed
