Bartender

About the Role

The Bartender at Brix & Barrells will craft and serve beverages, including inhouse-brewed beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages: inhouse-brewed beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
• Engage with guests and recommend drink and food pairings.
• Manage bar inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform accurate cash handling and process payments.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Effective Communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage (beers, cocktails, menu offerings).
• Reliable Cash Handling skills and experience operating POS systems.
• Hands-on Bartending experience (mixing drinks, maintaining bar standards, responsible serving practices).
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple orders.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Professional and respectful attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Formal training in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
