About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer located in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare mood boards, concepts, space plans, and 2D/3D visualizations.
• Select materials, furnishings, finishes, and décor in line with the approved concept.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for implementation.
• Visit sites to ensure execution aligns with design drawings and specifications.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and visualizing interior spaces.
• Create design layouts.
• Prepare construction drawings.
• Select FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
• Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts.
• Understanding of Architecture and its integration in interior design projects.
• Knowledge of Construction Drawings and project documentation processes.
• Experience in selecting and coordinating FF&E elements.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and collaborate in a team environment.
