• Track sales inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order-related updates.
• Assist in scheduling customer meetings, sales calls, demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor the status of sales activities and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Help address customer queries by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
• Contribute to the organization and improvement of sales coordination processes.
