About the Role

The Shopify Developer, Website & Growth role at SUPR focuses on owning the engine behind supr.co.in. This involves building, launching, and maintaining a fast, clean, and bug-free website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 4–5 landing pages a month from Figma, pixel-perfect and mobile-first.
• Build offer and bundle logic (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy X Get Y on specific products, bundle builders, freebies, tiered offers).
• Run regular hygiene checks: broken links, app conflicts, tracking, checkout, and page speed.
• Fix bugs and handle minor fixes promptly.
• Set up new product listings, variants, and collections in the Shopify backend.
• Optimize speed by cutting heavy scripts, cleaning up app bloat, and ensuring fast mobile loading.
• Add animations and interactions that enhance premium feel without compromising speed.
• Work directly with the founders and designer.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong in Shopify backend and Liquid, with experience in themes, sections, metafields, and app integrations.
• Proficient in writing clean JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to translate Figma files into functional website elements.
• Proficient with Claude and other AI tools for coding.
• Experience building custom discount and bundle logic (beyond just installing apps).
• Focus on speed and stability alongside visual appeal.
• Ability to meet rapid development timelines (designed Monday, live Thursday).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop Shopify stores or pages.
• Understanding of website performance optimization.
