About the Role
- Introl is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage and support end-to-end recruiting efforts across technical and operational teams.
- This is an entry-level, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates for technical and operational roles, including data center technicians and field-based positions.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding timelines, expectations, and next steps.
- Hiring Process Support
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer stage.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates welcome; prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Benefits
- Location: West Loop Chicago, IL 60607
- Hourly pay: $26–$31/hour (full-time, W-2 hourly)
