About The Role

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering world-class experiences, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This part-time role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to contribute during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences.

• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Assessment required upon application submittal.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed Care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule: Work hours can range from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Reliable Support: Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Pay Range: $16.45 - $20.60 commensurate with experience.
