About the Role

Verosmart, an Indian menswear brand, is seeking a hands-on business leader to guide its next phase of growth. This role requires making key decisions regarding customers, pricing, operations, and profitability to build a strong consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own business performance: revenue, profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
• Drive product strategy: merchandising, pricing, product quality, and inventory decisions.
• Lead customer growth: improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Build profitable channel expansion across D2C, marketplaces, and relevant offline channels.
• Strengthen operations: sourcing, supply chain, fulfilment, and business processes.
• Lead the team: build a capable team and collaborate closely with the founders and Board.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or improving an apparel or consumer-brand business with direct P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Indian D2C and marketplace economics.
• A track record of improving profitability, cash discipline, and customer retention.
• The ability to build a business with limited resources and make decisions backed by data.
• Experience in menswear, premium apparel, or early-stage business growth will be an advantage.
