Ecommerce Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms.
• Create and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Process and monitor online orders from order placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer-support teams.
• Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.
• Handle returns, cancellations, replacements, and customer queries.
• Track sales, orders, and product performance.
• Manage marketplace accounts and resolve listing/order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic sales/order reports.
• Support online promotions, offers, and product campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Good computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of product listing and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• E-commerce, BBA, BCom or related qualification preferred.

Job Time:

• 01:00 PM to 10:30 PM (From April to October)
• 02:00 PM to 11:30 PM (November to March)
