About the Role
Thinkhome.in is a web and app-based platform that streamlines how interior brands connect with consumers, designers, and dealers. The platform enables users to discover and compare trusted interior product brands through an intuitive digital interface. It focuses on creating a seamless experience for users to connect with verified dealers and design professionals. By bridging the gap between interior brands and end users, Thinkhome.in supports better decision-making and smoother project execution for residential and commercial spaces.
This is a full-time, on-site Draftsman role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for interior and architectural projects, using CAD software and other drafting tools.
- Convert design concepts into accurate plans.
- Update drawings based on client and designer feedback.
- Ensure that all documents comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to coordinate measurements, material details, and installation requirements.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and ability to create precise 2D and 3D drawings.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, measurements, and detailing.
- Ability to interpret design briefs, technical specifications, and site measurements accurately.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills for managing multiple projects.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and occasionally visit project locations if required.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in interior or architectural drafting within residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
