Barista

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at the HAIR RAP BY YOYO salon in Ahmedabad. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, following salon standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea.
• Follow salon standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Take and fulfill customer orders.
• Handle food preparation for light snacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized beverage area.
• Manage inventory of coffee-related supplies.
• Engage warmly with clients.
• Support the overall salon atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the salon team to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Barista skills, including experience with coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Customer service skills to provide a welcoming, attentive, and professional experience to all guests.
• Basic food preparation skills.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
