About the Role

Mini Maarvel is India's first school sport science programme, partnering with schools to deliver science-based physical education, fitness assessments, and talent identification across 15+ sports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured sports coaching sessions for students (Pre-School to Std 10).
• Run fitness assessments and track student development.
• Deliver age-appropriate, curriculum-integrated PE sessions across partner schools.
• Collaborate with the programme team on scheduling and student progress reporting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sports coaching / physical education background.
• Experience working with children across age groups.
• Strong communication skills – comfortable working with students, parents, and school staff.
• Based in or willing to work across Pune (Mundhwa, Kharadi, Wadgaon Sheri locations).

Qualifications

• Certification in sports coaching / physical education is a plus.
