Supply Chain Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support procurement coordination, inventory tracking, vendor follow-ups, shipment planning and day-to-day supply chain operations for laptops, tablets and electronic products.

The candidate should have a strong interest in technology products, gadgets and operations, along with good analytical, coordination and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories and logistics partners for material planning and shipment execution.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
• Manage inventory records and monitor stock movement.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations, production status, material availability and shipment updates.
• Prepare BOM comparisons, costing sheets and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing and Logistics.
• Maintain documentation related to imports, exports, logistics and procurement.
• Support CKD/SKD material planning and shipment coordination.
• Monitor daily supply chain activities and follow up on pending actions.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Support supply-chain-related projects and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Ensure timely execution of procurement and supply-chain activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Required Skills:
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Interest in technology products, gadgets, laptops, tablets and electronics.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in electronics, consumer electronics, laptop, tablet or mobile industry.
• Experience working with EMS / OEM / ODM / manufacturing partners.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation.
• Understanding of BOM and component-level procurement.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Exposure to procurement, inventory, logistics or manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• For experienced candidates: Relevant experience in electronics, consumer electronics, manufacturing, EMS, OEM, ODM or related supply-chain operations is preferred.
• For freshers: Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 institutes with a strong academic record and relevant technical/management aptitude will be considered.
• Preferred institutes include IITs, NITs, IIITs, VIT, Thapar, top DU colleges and other reputed Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 institutes.
• Candidates from all colleges may not be considered.
• Smart, analytical and quick learner with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable handling multiple activities and following up with different stakeholders.
• Passionate about technology products and interested in understanding laptops, tablets and electronic devices.
