About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an IT Recruiter/Trainee Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions.
- Identifying qualified candidates.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Understanding technical roles and requirements to align candidates accordingly.
- Ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand technical job requirements and match candidates effectively.
- Experience in Recruiting and Hiring within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and timelines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition is a plus.
