About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role. The company partners with medical institutions, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to deliver quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies within an assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct client visits.
- Deliver product presentations.
- Answer medical and product-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product supply, gather market feedback, and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
- Effective Communication skills to present products clearly, negotiate, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine to understand indications, contraindications, and clinical benefits of products.
- Familiarity with Pharmacy practices, including drug categories, dispensing processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an advantage.
