About the Role
Pentasent is a health and well-being company focused on building a more connected future for care, research, and everyday wellness. This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in Pune City. The Frontend Developer will build and optimize user-facing web interfaces that support Pentasent’s health and wellness platform, ensuring responsive, accessible, and intuitive experiences across devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate design mockups into clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
- Implement best practices for performance and usability.
- Integrate frontend components with web services.
- Troubleshoot UI issues.
- Continuously refine the user experience based on feedback and analytics.
- Contribute to code reviews.
- Contribute to documentation.
- Contribute to the improvement of development workflows and standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Front-End Development skills.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with HTML.
- Experience with CSS.
- Proficiency in Web Development practices.
- Proficiency in Software Development practices.
- Proficiency with version control.
- Proficiency with debugging.
- Proficiency with testing.
- Ability to design and implement Responsive Web Design across desktop and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with UI/UX teams.
- Good understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional team.
- Experience in health-tech or data-driven platforms is a plus.
