About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad. The CTO will define and drive the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor technical teams.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies.

• Strengthen security and compliance.
• Foster an innovative, inclusive, and high-performing technology culture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Technology Architecture, with the ability to align technical roadmaps to business goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing diverse engineering and IT teams.
• Experience with modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and cloud-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of information security, compliance, and enterprise-grade systems reliability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a senior technology leadership role is highly beneficial.
