Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Support legal document preparation.
• Conduct basic legal research on issues related to wedding services.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify legal terms.
• Address potential legal issues.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
• Strong foundation in Law and the ability to understand applicable legal frameworks.
• Skills in Legal Consulting and addressing Legal Issues relevant to service-based businesses.
• Experience or training in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts and agreements.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in the events or wedding industry and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
