About the Role
Arvind Effect Studio is a creative production studio focused on delivering high-quality visual storytelling across digital and traditional media. The studio offers end-to-end video production and post-production services and works with a variety of clients and projects. Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the video production team by organizing raw footage.
- Assist with video editing.
- Prepare project timelines and assets.
- Assemble rough cuts.
- Add basic transitions and effects.
- Sync audio.
- Assist with color adjustments under the guidance of senior editors.
- Prepare graphics or simple motion elements as needed.
- Maintain file and project organization.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers to meet deadlines and produce polished content.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Video Production (including basic understanding of shooting workflows and handling raw footage)
- Video Editing using industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools)
- Video Color Grading (including basic color correction and exposure adjustments)
- Motion Graphics and Graphics (including creating simple visual elements and titles in software like After Effects or similar tools)
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow creative direction.
- Openness to feedback.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or project experience in video editing or post-production is an advantage.
