Crossing Infotech is hiring a Finance and Accounts Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. The internship runs for 1 to 3 months.
Job Details
- Job Title: Finance and Accounts Intern
- Duration: 1 to 3 months
- Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and ledgers using Tally or similar accounting software.
- Prepare GST invoices, track GST input and output, and help prepare data for GST returns.
- Process vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, and receipts, and keep records up to date.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts; report differences.
- Track expenses, receivables, and payables; help prepare monthly financial summaries.
- Prepare accounting and finance reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Check entries for errors and maintain accuracy in books of accounts.
- Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Accounting Concepts: Basic knowledge of debit, credit, journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
- GST: Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and tax terms.
- Accounting Software: Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software.
- Excel: Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Skills: Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Communication: Good written and spoken English communication.
- Equipment: Candidates must have a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of TDS basics and bank reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and bookkeeping.
- Any accounting or GST course, certification, or internship experience.

- Students and recent graduates in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), BA (Economics), CA Inter, or any related field.
- Freshers interested in building a career in finance and accounting.
