About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us as Hardcore Full Stack Data Scientists. This is a single-handed, multi-hat role for individuals already working in applied AI, ML, Deep Learning, ANN, and CNN platforms. You will be working as a single-handed doer or in a small Data Science Team with full end-to-end ownership of Data Science work commitment delivery. Experience in a reputed AI Data Science driven Tech startup, preferably in Healthcare, is desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Build algorithms necessary to ask the right questions and find the right answers, utilizing statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling skills, along with business strategy skills.
• Communicate findings orally and visually.
• Understand product development processes.
• Address ethical responsibilities concerning big data and consumer privacy.
• Go beneath the surface of a problem to uncover underlying issues.
• Write required algorithms and coding programs.
• Clean data, format data, query databases, and perform statistical analysis.
• Build AI Data Models, validate AI Models, and deploy models.
• Develop or program databases.
• Understand design and architecture principles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong experience in applied AI, ML, Deep Learning, ANN, and CNN.
• Experience working as a single-handed doer or in a small Data Science Team with full end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in a reputed AI Data Science driven Tech startup, preferably in Healthcare.
• Statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling skills.
• Business strategy skills.
• Ability to communicate findings orally and visually.
• Understanding of product development.
• Understanding of ethical responsibilities in data handling.
• Natural desire to investigate problems deeply.
• Confidence and self-security in dealing with unknowns.
• Good knowledge and experience in Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and AI conversational Chatbot.
• Experience with coding and programming.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), Numpy, and Pytorch.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis Testing.
• Capability to clean data, format data, query databases, perform statistical analysis, build AI Data Modelling, validate AI Models, and deployment.
• Ability to develop or program databases.
• Good understanding of design and architecture principles.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Maths & Computing / Statistics / BioTech / BioStat / Clinical Engineering in Data Science / Machine Learning from a Top-rated Tech University / Top rated IIT / IIIT.

Mandatory Experience

• Post last qualification, at least 0 to 7 years of strong experience exclusive in real Industry Projects in applied AI ML & Deep Learning Data Science in an early-stage AI Health startup.
• Experience in the role and designation as a single-handed full-stack Principal Data Scientist / Sr. Data Scientist.
• Hardcore experience in ANN / Deep Learning / Machine Learning / NLP.
• At least 2-20 good Applied AI-oriented Applied Research Projects & applications.
• Hardcore experience working on ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning in Digital Health startups to solve specific complex problems.
